What is Uncharted Tribe Collective?

How do your shirts fit?

Check the size chart and fit information on the product page before ordering. For help choosing a size, contact us. Eligible unworn items can be returned under our return policy; to change size, return the item and place a new order.

How are orders made and shipped?

Our apparel is made after you order and produced and shipped by fulfillment partners through Printify. The production location depends on the product and provider. Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days of being placed. Transit time is additional: typically 2–5 business days for US standard delivery and 10–30 business days for international standard delivery after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; destination, service, carrier and customs can affect delivery times. See our shipping policy.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping charges depend on the products, order weight and destination and are shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping applies only when offered at checkout; there is no storewide free-shipping threshold. Items from different fulfillment providers may ship separately.

What are the shirts made of?

Materials and fabric blends vary by product and color. Check the individual product description for fabric composition and care instructions.

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible unworn, non-defective returns within 30 days of delivery. UTC pays return postage by providing a prepaid label, and there is no restocking fee. Contact us before returning an item. Condition requirements, exclusions and refund timing are in our return and refund policy.

What if my order is wrong or damaged?

Contact us with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery if an item is wrong, damaged or defective. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return postage when a return is required.

Do you ship internationally?

Available destinations and shipping services depend on the products in your order and are shown at checkout. Check availability for your address before placing an order.
