Refund policy

30-day returns

Uncharted Tribe Collective accepts returns of unworn, non-defective items. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, subject to the exceptions below. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email info@unchartedtribecollective.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please request authorization before sending anything back.

For an approved return, UTC pays return postage and provides a prepaid return shipping label and mailing instructions. Returns are handled by mail. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is no restocking fee.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged or defective, contact info@unchartedtribecollective.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. UTC pays postage if a return is required.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return and, once it is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Eligible returns must meet the conditions above, and UTC pays return postage.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
