Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products, order weight and delivery address. Available shipping options and the total shipping charge are shown before you pay.
Free shipping is available only when it is shown as an eligible option at checkout. There is no storewide free-shipping threshold. Rates can differ between products and fulfillment providers, and orders containing items from different providers may ship separately.
Made to order
Uncharted Tribe Collective is an online print-on-demand apparel business. Our apparel is made after you place your order and is produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners through Printify. The production and shipping location depends on the product and fulfillment provider.
Processing time
Orders are typically shipped within 7 to 14 business days of placing your order.
Delivery times
- Domestic (US) standard delivery: typically 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
- International standard delivery: typically 10 to 30 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier and customs clearance.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; timing varies by shipping service and destination. The available destinations and shipping services for your order are shown at checkout.
